Strategy
Following a strategic review and a resolution passed at a General Meeting on Friday, 30 January 2009, the Company's strategic objectives are;- to make no new commitments to limited partnerships or other vehicles and make no new direct investments;
- to return surplus cash to shareholders when reasonably practicable;
- to continue to encourage value-enhancing proposals with a view to crystallising value for all shareholders; and
- to run the Company with a low total expense ratio.
