  1. This website provides information about the Mithras Capital Fund L.P. ("the Fund") and Mithras Capital Partners L.L.P. ("the Manager"). Mithras Capital Partners L.L.P. is a limited liability partnership in England and Wales with registered number OC317896. The list of Members is available from the registered office. The registered office is at 1 Northumberland Avenue, Trafalgar Square, London WC2N 5BW.
  2. The Fund is classified as an unregulated collective investment scheme ("UCIS") and the promotion of a UCIS either within the UK or from the UK is restricted by Statute. As such the information provided about the Fund is only directed at Intermediate Customers or Market Counterparties as defined by the FCA. In any case the Fund is closed to new investors.

The Fund has not been authorised, recognised or otherwise approved by the FCA in accordance with the Financial Services and Markets Act 2000 ("FSMA") and, as an unregulated scheme, it cannot be promoted to the general public in the UK. Accordingly, this communication is directed only at persons who are Eligible Counterparties or Professional Clients and has been approved only for the purposes of section 21 of FSMA by the Manager for communication only to such persons.
